Zinck Computer Group is an established IT and business software company with hundreds of clients. We were incorporated in 1986 and are located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. We provide a wide range of system and software consulting, system integration, and programming services. Our team has backgrounds in various industries, business software, accounting, networks and IT services, and custom development. We specialize in Sage ERP Accpac related projects.

Position Summary

This position involves providing Sage ERP Accpac services to our clients. Depending on the size of a project or the complexity of an issue, you will either work alone or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

·         Project planning, training, data conversion and report writing

·         Log and resolve support calls of an application technical nature

·         Work through accounting procedures and software procedures related to the client’s needs

·         Deliver classroom, remote, and on-site training

·         Modify and design financial statements

·         Provide our clients with an excellent customer experience

Requirements

·         5+ years experience in Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing or other industry

·         Prior experience with accounting software: Sage ERP Accpac, Microsoft Dynamics, or Syspro preferred but all software of similar depth will be considered.

·         Strong background in accounting

·         Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft products

·         Prior experience with Crystal Reports or other report writers an asset

·         Degree or diploma from recognized college or university or other post-secondary certification

·         Strong problem solving and communication skills

·         Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
