The following problems have been
corrected in Service Pack 1
1.
When sending Order Entry Invoices, extraneous warnings about no message
being sent or the fax number being empty may appear. This has been fixed.
2. Upgrading from
eTransmit 2.0 with A/P integrated to eTransmit and other modules (A/R, O/E,
P/O and/or Payroll) installed but not integrated would result in an "Upgrade
Failed" message. This has been fixed.
3. Deactivating
eTransmit with some modules installed but not integrated to eTransmit can
cause the deactivation process to delete tables that belong to other
modules. This has been fixed.
4. Upgrading to
eTransmit 2.1 will cause a problem with the Vendor selection for sending
using the contact fax number. This has been fixed. (see below)
5. Printing the
Transmission Log or Options report could result in a security warning if not
logged in as ADMIN. This has been fixed.
6. Under some
circumstances, sending Payroll advices may miss some cheques that had been
written. This has been fixed.
eTransmit 2.0 Service Pack 6 - April
4, 2003
Download eTransmit 2.0 SP6 -
ETRNS20ASP6.EXE
Download 2.0 SP6 Readme - EZ20SP6.DOC
The following problems have been
corrected in Service Pack 6
1.
This
service pack provides compatibility with the 5.1 versions of S/M, A/R, A/P,
O/E and P/O.
NOTE:
This service pack does not support 5.1 versions of ACCPAC forms. You should
continue to use your 4.2 or 5.0 versions of the forms. The next release of
eTransmit will support 5.1 ACCPAC forms
2. Sending
O/E forms sometimes gives an error message "Criteria Error" . This has been fixed.
eTransmit 2.0 Service Pack 5 -
November 12, 2002
Download eTransmit 2.0 SP5 -
ETRNS20ASP5.EXE
Download 2.0 SP5 Readme - EZ20SP5.DOC
The following problems have been
corrected in Service Pack 5
1.
This service pack provides performance enhancements for the following forms:
Accounts Receivable Invoices, Order Entry Invoices, Credit Notes, Quotes and
Confirmations
2. When
connecting to a Microsoft SQL Server database, the "Cannot Open SQL Server"
error may occur when trying to send a document. This has been fixed.
3. When
sending Accounts Payable Advices, if the batch date and cheque dates were
not the same, eTransmit would not send any documents. This has been fixed.
4. When
sending Order Confirmations, eTransmit would not send some confirmations
that ACCPAC would print. This has been fixed.
5. Some
customers have reported problems printing the Transmission Log and/or
Options Report when using SQL Server. This seems to be due to differences
between the SQL Server data files and the DB2/Oracle datafiles. If you are
having this problem, there is a file SQLS.ZIP in the EZ20A\ENG\SQLS folder
that contains SQL Server specific report files. Unzip the files to the SQLS
folder, overwritting the files that are already there. This should fix the
printing issue.
eTransmit 1.0 Service Pack 2 - December 18, 2001
Download eTransmit SP2 -
ETRNSSP2.EXE
Download SP2 Readme - EZSP2.DOC
The following problems have been
corrected in Service Pack 2
1. If
an eTransmit activation failed before completing, some eTransmit files could
be left on the system. This could cause a subsequent activation attempt to
fail. SP2 eTransmit will remove any partially installed files before
attempting to activate.
2.
Sample data may include Order Entry 4.1 data files even though Order Entry
programs were not installed. This would cause eTransmit to not activate
since it requires Order Entry 4.2. This has now been fixed. eTransmit will
now activate on any data that has at least one module of the correct
version. Other modules that are not at least 4.2 will not be used by
eTransmit until they are upgraded.
