Ms. Islam is an Associate, Infrastructure Engineer on the Executive IT Support team at ZCG, where she supports the firm’s IT infrastructure and provides technical support to end users across the organization.
Prior to joining ZCG, Ms. Islam was a Systems Support Engineer at Calamos Investments (“Calamos”), where she delivered end‑user support, administered enterprise systems, and oversaw application access, licensing, and compliance. She supported trading platforms used by more than 200 professionals and contributed to security remediation and workflow automation initiatives.
Prior to Calamos, Ms. Islam was a Field Service Engineer with Eze Castle Integration (“Eze Castle”) providing on-site and remote support for hedge fund and private equity clients. In this role, she supported multi-office relocations, assisted with network and infrastructure upgrades, delivered dedicated executive support, and played a key role in large-scale client technology initiatives.
Prior to Eze Castle, Ms. Islam served as an IT Support Specialist at Plus One, an Optum Company, where she managed help desk operations, technology procurement, and change management processes, and provided direct support to senior leadership. She began her career with Tekmark Global Solutions and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, supporting network software development initiatives and large-scale enterprise technology rollouts.
Ms. Islam received her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Hunter College, CUNY.
