Mr. O’Neill is a Senior Corporate Counsel at ZCG, where he is responsible for supporting firmwide legal matters, including partnering with ZCG Investment Teams and portfolio company leadership on a range of transactional, regulatory, and strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. O’Neill was an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he advised both public and private companies on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets transactions and other general corporate matters.  

Mr. O’Neill holds a Juris Doctor with high honors from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Bachelor of Arts in Economics with honors from Boston College.
