Mr. Wyrsch is a Principal, Insurance & Risk Management,with ZCGC where he is responsible for evaluating and developing complex riskmanagement programs including insurance coverage for ZCG and its portfoliocompanies. Mr. Wyrsch has over 31 yearsof experience across gaming, hospitality, entertainment, iGaming, andconstruction.
Prior to joining ZCGC, Mr. Wyrsch was the ExecutiveDirector of Insurance at MGM Resorts Corporate Risk Management (“MGM”). Here heworked closely with senior risk leadership to support the procurement,negotiation and administration of global insurance programs. Mr. Wyrsch also advised on risk and insuranceissues for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, including due diligenceand contractual risk transfer. His expertise spans high-value transactions, large-scale developments, andstrategic growth of digital sports betting and iGaming platforms
Mr. Wyrsch holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
