Mr. Wyrsch is a Principal, Insurance & Risk Management, which collaborates with company management teams to evaluate and develop complex risk management programs including insurance coverage for companies and institutions across multiple industries.
Prior to joining ZCGC, Mr. Wyrsch was the Executive Director of Insurance at MGM Resorts Corporate Risk Management (“MGM”). Here he worked closely with senior risk leadership to support the procurement, negotiation, and administration of global insurance programs. Mr. Wyrsch also advised on risk and insurance issues for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, including due diligence and contractual risk transfer. His expertise spans high-value transactions, large-scale developments, and strategic growth of digital sports betting and iGaming platforms.
Mr. Wyrsch holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
