Mr. Kreutzer is a Director, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Legal at ZCG and a member of the ZCG Investment Team where he is responsible for supporting firmwide legal and compliance matters as well as working jointly with ZCG Investment Teams and portfolio company management teams.

Mr. Kreutzer has extensive experience with private equity transactions, financings, mergers & acquisitions, and growth equity investments, conducting due diligence, and providing legal oversight of portfolio companies.

Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Kreutzer was a Private Equity Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP, where he was responsible for advising private equity sponsors, venture capital funds, and others on a variety of transactions not limited to mergers & acquisitions, growth equity investments, financings, and general corporate matters.

Prior to Goodwin, Mr. Kreutzer was a Corporate Associate at Jones Day, where he focused on domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions for public and private companies, private equity transactions, and general corporate governance matters.

Mr. Kreutzer holds a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honors from Boston College.
