Mr. Pappini is the Event and Partnership Manager at ZCG where he is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of firmwide events and strategic partnerships globally.

Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Pappini was the Global Partnership Manager for HCLSoftware (“HCL”) where he was responsible for managing HCL’s partnership portfolio through various marketing, communications and event activations.

Prior to HCL, Mr. Pappini was the Partnership Marketing Manager (Marketing & New Business) for Scuderia Ferrari, where he was responsible for managing the sponsorships of multiple Ferrari F1 Team partners, including negotiating sponsorship packages and facilitating new partners.

Prior to Ferrari, Mr. Pappini was a member of the Partnership Management team for Sky Racing Team VR46 (“Sky Racing), where he was responsible for partnership, project and hospitality management.

Mr. Pappini began his career as an Account Manager (Commercial & Event Marketing) at Ferrari.

Mr. Pappini received his Bachelor of Administration in Economy and Companies from Università di Milano-Bicocca, and his Master in Sport Business Management at Sole 24Ore Business School, Milan.
