Greg Gittens

Mr. Gittens is a Principal, Strategic Finance, at ZCGC which partners with companies and institutions in financial reporting, due diligence and other M&A support, data analytics, and assisting with strategic finance transformation initiatives across multiple industries.

Prior to joining ZCGC, Mr. Gittens served as Chief Financial Officer for a private equity-backed consumer products company, partnering closely with the CEO, board, investors, and lenders to lead financial stewardship and enterprise transformation.  

During his extensive career, Mr. Gittens served in senior leadership positions across private equity, consumer products, beauty, apparel, retail, and manufacturing organizations to include Emil Capital Partners and Estee Lauder Companies. He partnered closely with CEOs, boards, investors, and executive leadership teams to drive strategic growth, operational transformation, financial performance improvement, and value creation.

Mr. Gittens earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
