Mr. Petersen is a Managing Director, Talent, with ZCGC where he is responsible for executive search execution, strategic talent planning, management team assessment, and human capital project management for companies and institutions across multiple industries.
Prior to joining ZCGC, Mr. Petersen held the position of Managing Director and was part of the global talent acquisition leadership, managing an experienced investment recruiting team and overseeing senior investment recruiting activities with Blackstone.
Previously, Mr. Petersen worked at executive search firm, CT Partners, both in London and New York within the Asset Management practice, focusing on alternative asset management.
Before CT Partners, Mr. Petersen was at Armstrong International, Executive Search in London covering investment banks and alternative investment clients.
Mr. Petersen has over 20 years in the recruiting and talent industry, having been based in the UK and US.
Mr. Petersen holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Edinburgh, UK.
