Mr. Poos is a Director, Credit at ZCG and a member of the ZCCP Investment Team, which manages numerous credit funds that invest in diversified portfolios of debt instruments. Mr. Poos is a member of the ZCCP Investment Committee.

Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Poos was a Credit Analyst at Arrowmark Partners (“Arrowmark”). At Arrowmark, Mr. Poos was responsible for research and analysis of performing and stressed credit investments across a range of sectors.

Prior to Arrowmark, Mr. Poos was a Vice President at Garrison Investment Group (“Garrison”) investing in credit opportunities across multiple sectors for Garrison CLO’s, credit opportunities fund and private credit funds. Mr. Poos began his career as an Associate in Leverage Finance at Citigroup.

Mr. Poos holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech.
