Harrison Brenner
Mr. Brenner is a Vice President with the Private EquityInvestment Team at ZCG, which is responsible for making and managinginvestments of existing and prospective private equity portfolio companies.
Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Brenner was Vice President at AvistaHealthcare Partners (“Avista”), a New York-based private equity firm. In thisrole, Mr. Brenner was responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities,monitoring existing investments and partnering with management teams to drivevalue creation initiatives.
Prior to Avista, Mr. Brenner was an Investment Banking Associatewith RBC Capital Markets where he executed strategic M&A advisory andfinancing solutions across the Technology sector.
Mr. Brenner began his career as an Analyst in the CorporateMergers & Acquisitions group at Citigroup.
Mr. Brenner holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance andInternational Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
