Mr. Cutting is a Principal with the Private Equity Investment Team at ZCG, which is responsible for making and managing investments of existing and prospective private equity portfolio companies.

Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Cutting was a Vice President at Platinum Equity (“Platinum”). In this role, Mr. Cutting worked on transaction execution, due diligence and portfolio company management.

Prior to Platinum, Mr. Cutting was a Manager at Deloitte Consulting in the M&A and Private Equity Practice. Here he advised clients on due diligence, value creation planning and restructuring programs.

Mr. Cutting holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.
