Ms. Cohen is a Associate, Real Estate & Infrastructure at ZCG Consulting (“ZCGC”) where she is responsible for supporting real estate projects, devising strategic plans and program initiatives, and liaising with design and construction experts.

Prior to joining ZCGC, Ms. Cohen served in various roles at Jacobs Engineering (“Jacobs”). During her tenure at Jacobs, she oversaw, reviewed, and developed projects across various sectors. Notable projects include, The ExpressCare expansion program for NYC Health and Hospitals, and renovations for the State University Construction Fund at SUNY Downstate.

Ms. Cohen holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Engineering from New York University Tandon School of Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University Schack institute of Real Estate.
