Mr. Manor is a Vice President, Private Equity at ZCG and a member of the ZCP Investment Team, which is responsible for making and managing investments of existing and prospective private equity portfolio companies. Mr. Manor serves on numerous ZCG portfolio company boards.

Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Manor was an Associate at Glouston Capital Partners (“Glouston”), a Boston-based private equity investment firm. In this role, Mr. Manor was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities and monitoring existing investments across the secondary market, direct company acquisitions, and primary fund commitments.

Prior to Glouston, Mr. Manor was a Senior Associate at Duff & Phelps, where he provided financial advisory and value services related to mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, legal dispute resolution, and solvency and impairment testing.

Mr. Manor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Boston University Questrom School of Business and received an MBA, with Dean’s Honors from Columbia Business School, where he was a Private Equity Fellow. Mr. Manor is a CFA charterholder.
