Shamal Patel

Mr. Patel is a Principal, Strategic Finance, at ZCGC which partners with companies and institutions in financial reporting, due diligence and other M&A support, data analytics, and assisting with strategic finance transformation initiatives across multiple industries.

Mr. Patel spent his career at Deloitte in multiple roles across the globe.  He was responsible for advising private equity firms and portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle and partnered with investors and management teams on transaction evaluation, operational due diligence, integration and separation planning, performance improvement initiatives, and business transformation efforts with expertise in strategy, operations, and M&A with a collaborative approach to driving results in complex and dynamic business environments.

Mr. Patel earned his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and his MBA from Columbia University.
