Dylan Jaya
Principal
Private Equity
Mr. Jaya is a Principal with the Private Equity Investment Team, which is responsible for making and managing investments of existing and prospective private equity portfolio companies.
Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Jaya was a Vice President at Allegro Funds (“Allegro”). In this role, Mr. Jaya was responsible for transaction execution and portfolio company management.
Prior to Allegro, Mr. Jaya was a Senior Associate at Partners in Performance, Part of Accenture where he advised on commercial due diligence, performance improvement programs and hands-on implementation.
Mr. Jaya began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the M&A practice.
Mr. Jaya holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics from the University of New South Wales.
