Dylan Jaya

Mr. Jaya is a Vice President with the Private Equity Investment Team, which is responsible for making and managing investments of existing and prospective private equity portfolio companies.  

Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Jaya was a Vice President at Allegro Funds (“Allegro”). In this role, Mr. Jaya was responsible for transaction execution and portfolio company management.

Prior to Allegro, Mr. Jaya was a Senior Associate at Partners in Performance, Part of Accenture where he advised on commercial due diligence, performance improvement programs and hands-on implementation.

Mr. Jaya began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the M&A practice

Mr. Jaya holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics from the University of New South Wales.
