Ms. Buendia is a Senior Associate, Talent, with ZCGC where she is primarily responsible for analysis, recruiting, sourcing and talent for private equity portfolio companies.

Prior to joining ZCGC, Ms. Buendia was a Recruiter at Warburg Pincus, where she recruited and sourced candidates for both investment and operations teams.

Prior to Warburg Pincus, Ms. Buendia was a Business Development Associate at Select Equity Group, where she assisted in identifying prospective investors across multiple strategies.

Ms. Buendia began her career with Coatue Management as a research coordinator.

Ms. Buendia earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Economics and Spanish from Bucknell University.
