Ms. Buendia is a Senior Associate, Talent, at ZCGC which evaluates, develops and implements strategies to source and recruit talent for companies and institutions across multiple industries.

Prior to joining ZCGC, Ms. Buendia was a Recruiter at Warburg Pincus, where she recruited and sourced candidates for both investment and operations teams.

Prior to Warburg Pincus, Ms. Buendia was a Business Development Associate at Select Equity Group, where she assisted in identifying prospective investors across multiple strategies.

Ms. Buendia began her career with Coatue Management as a research coordinator.

Ms. Buendia earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Economics and Spanish from Bucknell University.
