Affinity Interactive Successfully Completes Sale of Rail City Casino
Affinity Interactive (“AI”), an omni-channel gaming industry leader, today announced that its affiliates have completed the previously announced sale of Rail City Casino (“Rail City”) in Sparks, Nevada, to Truckee Gaming, LLC (“Truckee Gaming”). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

As announced earlier this year, AI enhanced its leadership team with key hires who are focused on growth at its seven remaining casinos and the Daily Racing Form.
