Arnon Sobol

Mr. Sobol is a Managing Director, Business Technology, at ZCGC which partners with companies and institutions in driving value through technology assessment, risk identification and strategic planning as well as assisting with technology transformation initiatives across multiple industries.

Prior to ZCGC, Mr. Sobol held senior leadership roles at Outbrain, where he built and scaled the global Business Operations organization supporting over $1B in revenue, and at Retalix, where he led operations for the supply chain division.

Previously, Mr. Sobol was the Head of GTM Platform and Portfolio Value Creation with Greenfield Partners (“Greenfield”), where he built and led portfolio operations and data platforms across several portfolio companies.

Prior to Greenfield, Mr. Sobol was the Chief Revenue Officer at Apester and an advisor to high growth companies as a fractional COO on operational scale and execution, responsible for end-to-end revenue, marketing and customer success by implementing systems, infrastructure and operating cadence.

Mr. Sobol began his extensive career spending more than 15 years in business strategy, data solutions and operations.

Mr. Sobol earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Management Engineering from Coventry University and received his Master of Business Management from Naveen Jindal School of Management, University of Texas, Dallas.
