Brittany Hill

Ms. Hill is a Senior Consultant, Global Supply Chain & Logistics at ZCGC, which partners with institutions and company management teams to optimize supply chain strategy across multiple industries.

Prior to joining ZCGC, Ms. Hill spent almost 15 years with Amway where she held a series of progressive leadership roles spanning global and regional supply chain operations, strategy, transformation, analytics, distribution, and business planning. She led large-scale, cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence, strategic transformation, customer experience enhancements, and financial performance improvements. Her responsibilities included overseeing complex distribution networks, developing long-range business strategies, implementing organizational and operating model transformations, optimizing logistics and supply chain operations, and establishing data-driven performance management frameworks.  

Ms. Hill began her career as an Assistant Project Manager with CERES Environmental Inc. Here she supported large-scale disaster recovery, emergency response, and infrastructure projects, with responsibilities spanning project management, operations, financial administration, contract compliance, and stakeholder coordination.  

Ms. Hill earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Alaska and her MBA from Krannert School of Management, Purdue University.
