Mr. Battiloro is a Corporate Counsel at ZCG, where he is responsible for supporting firmwide legal and compliance matters as well as working jointly with ZCG Investment Teams and portfolio company management teams.​

Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Battiloro was an Associate at Goldberg Segalla, where he represented clients in various areas of corporate and commercial litigation.​

At the start of hiscareer, Mr. Battiloro served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Hon. Thomas F. Brogan, Cv.P.J., in the Superior Court of New Jersey and held internships with Mount Sinai Health System’s and St. Joseph’s Hospital’s legal departments.​

Mr. Battiloro holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science in Biology from Syracuse University College of Law.
