Mr. Battiloro is a Corporate Counsel at ZCG and a member of the Investment Team, where he is responsible for supporting firmwide legal and compliance matters as well as working jointly with ZCG Investment Teams and portfolio company management teams.
Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Battiloro was an Associate at Goldberg Segalla, where he represented clients in various areas of corporate and commercial litigation.
At the start of his career, Mr. Battiloro served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Hon. Thomas F. Brogan, Cv.P.J., in the Superior Court of New Jersey and held internships with Mount Sinai Health System’s and St. Joseph’s Hospital’s legal departments.
Mr. Battiloro holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science in Biology from Syracuse University College of Law. Mr. Battiloro is admitted to both New York and New Jersey state bars.
