Mr. Tilley is a Principal, Global Supply Chain & Logistics at ZCGC, which partners with company management teams to optimize supply chain strategy for numerous companies and institutions across multiple industries.
Prior to joining ZCGC, Mr. Tilley was the COO for Modere where he led product innovation and oversaw demand & supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, global & in-market distribution and fulfilment, as well as global & In-market customer service.
Prior to joining Modere, Mr. Tilley’s career spans multinationals such as Nestlé and Amway with deep expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and country-level business leadership, having led operations in North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. He has driven success in startups, scale-ups, turnarounds, and mature enterprises.
Mr. Tilley earned his Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of New South Wales.
