Ms. Encarnacion is a Payroll Manager at ZCG and is responsible for all aspects of management company benefits and payroll systems.  

Prior to joining ZCG, Ms. Encarnacion spent her career in multiple roles of increasing responsibility at Giorgio Armani Corporation within the payroll, human resources and benefits groups. In her last role as manager, Ms. Encarnacion designed and implemented benefits programs across North America.

Ms. Encarnacion holds a Bachelor of Administration in Economics from The City College of New York (CCNY).
