Mr. Romagnoli is a Vice President with the Credit Investment Team at ZCG, which manages numerous credit funds that invest in diversified portfolios of debt instruments.

Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Romagnoli was a Vice President at Bayside Capital (“Bayside”), the special situations and distressed debt affiliate of H.I.G Capital, where he was responsible for identifying, researching, and evaluating investment opportunities in stressed and distressed credit.

Prior to Bayside, Mr. Romagnoli was an investment banker in the TMT group at Jefferies, where he advised on M&A, financing, and restructuring transactions.  

Mr. Romagnoli holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University.
