Mr. Zhang is a Senior Corporate Counsel at ZCG and a member of the ZCG Investment Team, where he is responsible for supporting firmwide legal and compliance matters, including partnering with ZCG Investment Teams and portfolio company leadership on a range of transactional, regulatory, and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Zhang was a Corporate & International Associate at Becker, Glynn, Muffly, Chassin & Hosinski LLP, where he advised on cross-border transactions and financings and other corporate advisory matters.
Mr. Zhang began his career as a Restructuring and Insolvency Associate at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP, where he practiced in the bankruptcy group.
Mr. Zhang holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Zhang is admitted to New York State Bar.
