ZCG and ZCGC Announce Internal Promotions Across Strategic Finance, Private Equity, and Credit Teams

NEW YORK, February 17, 2026 — Z Capital Group, LLC (“ZCG”), a leading, privately held global firm, today announced the promotion of several key professionals across its Strategic Finance & Reporting, Private Equity, and Credit teams. These promotions recognize outstanding performance, leadership contributions, and the important role these individuals play in advancing ZCG’s strategic priorities and value creation efforts across the firm’s platforms.

The following individuals have been promoted:

• Dylan Jaya has been promoted to Vice President, Private Equity. In this expanded role, Mr. Jaya will oversee key transactions and contribute to investment execution and portfolio management across private equity strategies. He has played a central role in several strategic investments and value creation initiatives.

• Daniel Wong has been promoted to Senior Associate, Private Equity, where he will support investment analysis, diligence, and portfolio company engagement. Mr. Wong’s analytical rigor and operational insight have been valuable in driving transaction execution and portfolio value.

• Yuri Kim has been promoted to Senior Associate, Credit, strengthening the firm’s credit investment efforts. In this role, Ms. Kim will continue to support the assessment and management of credit investments and contribute to strategic portfolio positioning.

• Karan Vekaria has been promoted to Senior Associate, Credit, reflecting his contributions to credit analysis, structuring, and portfolio monitoring. Mr. Vekaria’s work has helped enhance underwriting rigor and credit performance oversight.

In addition, ZCGC, ZCG’s business consulting services platform, announced the following promotions:

• Jacob Glaser has been promoted to Senior Associate, Strategic Finance & Reporting. In this role, Mr. Glaser will continue to strengthen ZCG’s reporting capabilities and support enhanced financial insights and analytics across strategic finance initiatives. Mr. Glaser joined ZCG with experience in financial reporting, diligence, and strategic advisory.

• Saboor Meo has been elevated to Principal, Strategic Finance & Reporting, where he will lead complex financial reporting projects and contribute to portfolio-level financial strategy and performance frameworks. Mr. Meo has been instrumental in advancing best practices in reporting and financial transparency across multiple engagements.
