Mr. Shrem is a Senior Associate, Credit at ZCG and a member of the ZCCP Investment Team, which manages numerous credit funds that invest in diversified portfolios of debt instruments.

Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Shrem was a member of the trade execution group for the credit portfolios of CVC Credit Partners (“CVC”), supporting all trade execution and providing operational support to the performing credit team. At CVC, Mr. Shrem individually managed the support process of $15 billion for the US platform and reduced overall outstanding trade risk by over $500 million.

Prior to CVC, Mr. Shrem was a senior associate with Prudential Financial, coordinating the settlement process and trade assistance of bank loans under the investment operations team. Mr. Shrem also gained experience with Barclays Capital as an analyst and par loan closer.

Mr. Shrem holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland.
