References to total “assets under management” or “AUM” represent assets managed by Z Capital Group, LLC (“ZCG”). ZCG's methodology for calculating AUM includes (i) the enterprise values of the portfolio companies managed directly by ZCG, (ii) the leverage on which management fees are charged, (iii) undrawn capital that ZCG is entitled to call from investors in ZCG funds pursuant to their capital commitments, (iv) for collateralized loan obligation vehicles, the aggregate par value of collateral assets and principal cash, and (v) net asset values of ZCG managed open-ended credit funds.
