Ms. Zanotti currently serves on the Board of Directors at Modere, a portfolio company of ZCG, and collaborates closely with the ZCP Investment Team.

Bringing more than four decades of experience, Ms. Zanotti offers an extensive record of executive and managerial leadership, including more than 40 years dedicated to the health and personal care sector. Her most recent role was as Chief Executive Officer of Arbonne International (“Arbonne”), where she successfully fortified the company’s financial standing and reputation as a premium international skin care and wellness enterprise.

Prior to Arbonne, Ms. Zanotti served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at McDonald’s Corporation. This followed a 23-year career with Proctor & Gamble, most recently as Vice President and General Manager of the North American pharmaceutical business and the corporate women’s health platform. Additionally, she has significant experience serving on public company and higher education boards.

Ms. Zanotti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University, and an MBA from Xavier University.
