ZCGC Names Greg Petersen as Managing Director, Talent
ZCG Consulting Adds Seasoned Talent Leader for Strategic Human Capital Solutions
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ZCG Consulting (“ZCGC”), the business consulting services platform of Z Capital Group, LLC (“ZCG”), today announced the appointment of Greg Petersen as Managing Director, Talent. In this role, Mr. Petersen will be instrumental in the firm’s executive search execution, strategic talent planning, leadership assessment, and human capital advisory services.
Mr. Petersen brings more than 20 years of executive recruiting and human capital experience to ZCGC, having held senior leadership roles within global talent acquisition and executive search organizations.
Prior to joining ZCGC, he served as Managing Director and a leader of the global talent acquisition team at Blackstone, where he oversaw senior investment recruiting activities and led high-impact recruitment strategies across private equity and other investment platforms. Earlier in his career, Mr. Petersen worked with CT Partners in both London and New York within the alternative asset management practice, and with Armstrong International Executive Search in London, focusing on investment banking and alternative investment clients.
Mr. Petersen holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Edinburgh and has built a distinguished track record advising institutional leadership teams across diverse industries, with a deep understanding of talent dynamics in global markets.
